What Does the Marks & Spencer Study Tell Us?
I am way too familiar with the rage I feel after not finding anything to wear from my closet. You would also be familiar with this rage if you have a cluttered wardrobe, causing you all the rage.
According to the survey, 62% of the women felt like they had nothing to wear. This can often lead to wardrobe rage and even irrational tantrums on our behalf. We have all been there.
The study also found out that one in ten women arrive late to work because of their wardrobes. About 14% of women said that their lack of an appropriate outfit was getting in the way of their social plans.
The Solution to ‘What to Wear’
Life would be so much easier if tehre would be a simple, straightforward solution to wheat one should wear every morning. I know the answer to this question would make my mornings a lot easier.
The Marks & Spencer found that an average wardrobe is home to around 152 items of clothing. Out of thess whopping items, only 44% are worn regularly. The worrying part is that an average of 11 items still hang in your wardrobe unworn, tags still attached!
The only way we can save up more of our time and our emotions on what to wear is through decluttering. Spend one of your Sunday afternoon to thoroughly go through your wardrobe and re thinking what clothes you really need. Try not to get too emotional while doing this because teh more you latch onto these extra clothes, the more worry you will face the next morning. Best of luck girl!
