Cricketer Rinku Singh is now engaged to Member of Parliament Priya Saroj. The ceremony took place on June 8 at The Centrum, a luxury hotel in Lucknow and over 300 guests attended. Cricketers like Praveen Kumar, Piyush Chawla, and Aryan Juyal were present, along with political leaders Akhilesh Yadav, Jaya Bachchan, Dimple Yadav, and Iqra Hasan. The couple exchanged rings on a grand stage. Security was reportedly strict, with barcoded entry passes and heavy police presence.

Who is Priya Saroj?
The 25-year-old Priya Saroj is one of India’s youngest MPs. She represents Machhlishahr in Uttar Pradesh. Daughter of senior politician Tufani Saroj, she entered politics in 2024, defeating BJP’s BP Saroj by over 35,000 votes. Before politics, Priya was a practising lawyer. She studied law at Amity University and worked at the Supreme Court. Calm, sharp, and focused, she’s seen as a rising star in Indian politics.
