Indian chess star Vaishali Rameshbabu has won the FIDE Women’s Grand Swiss 2025 for the second consecutive time. She drew her final game against former Women’s World Champion Tan Zhongyi on Monday, making history as the first player to win the event twice. Her victory also secures her a spot in the Women’s Candidates Tournament, joining fellow Indians Koneru Humpy and Divya Deshmukh.
