A brand-new Mahindra Thar met an unexpected fate at a showroom in East Delhi’s Nirman Vihar on Monday evening. A young couple, Maani Pawar and her husband Pradeep, had just purchased the Thar Rox and were seated inside the SUV along with a showroom employee when the owner accidentally pressed the accelerator. The vehicle shot out from the first floor of the showroom and crashed onto the pavement below, marking a shocking incident in Delhi.
Mahindra Crash During Ritual
Fortunately, no injuries were reported, and only a nearby parked motorcycle sustained minor damage. The incident occurred while the couple was performing a customary ritual during the handover of their new Thar. A video of the crash quickly went viral on social media. Police said no complaints were registered by either the family or the showroom.
