Recently, reports claimed the couple had set a new wedding date of December 7. However, Shravan Mandhana, Smriti’s brother, has now addressed these rumours, stating that no new date has been fixed and that the wedding remains postponed.

As of now, it is still postponed.” Meanwhile, online speculation suggested other reasons for the delay, including rumours about Palash’s personal life. Palash’s family stated that he was stressed and hospitalised after learning about Smriti’s father’s condition, clarifying that health concerns—not controversies—remain the primary reason for the postponement.
