The Bombay High Court has directed Bollywood actress Shilpa Shetty that she must first turn approver against her husband, Raj Kundra, if she wishes to travel abroad. This comes after Shilpa filed a petition seeking the cancellation of the Lookout Circular (LOC) issued against her. Both Shilpa and Raj are named as accused in a Rs 60 crore fraud case being investigated by the Mumbai Police’s Economic Offences Wing (EOW).

Shilpa Shetty Must Turn Approver Before Travelling

The court made it clear that Shilpa and Raj Kundra cannot travel abroad until they cooperate in the ongoing case. Earlier, the Bombay High Court had rejected their request to go overseas, stating that they must first pay Rs 60 crore. Shilpa had planned to travel to a YouTube event, but she must now follow the court’s order before proceeding with her trip.
