Shah Rukh Khan is reportedly planning to expand his iconic Mumbai mansion, Mannat, by adding two new floors. The sprawling property, which currently includes two basements, a ground floor, and six additional floors, could see an extension of 616.02 square meters. SRK’s wife, Gauri Khan, has submitted a proposal to the Maharashtra Coastal Zone Management Authority (MCZMA) to add the extra floors. The estimated cost of the expansion is around Rs 25 crore. A decision on the application, which was filed on November 09, will be made by a committee chaired by Pravin Darade, principal secretary for the environment, on Wednesday.
