Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan, along with his wife Gauri and their children, will soon be relocating from their iconic home, ‘Mannat’, to a duplex apartment in Pali Hill. The actor has already leased four floors of a luxury building, securing two duplex apartments for Rs 2.9 crore annually.
Reason for the Move
‘Mannat’, a Grade III heritage structure, will undergo extension work for the next two years, prompting the family to temporarily shift. The expansion includes adding two more floors to the annex of ‘Mannat’, increasing the built-up area by 616.02 square meters. Currently, the house has two basement levels, a ground floor, and six floors. With the planned extension, the Khan family intends to add a seventh and eighth floor.
