Why the Sudden Change in Venues?
The match was set to take place at the M. Chinnaswamy Stadium, Bangalore, on 23 May earlier. This change comes as a result of the adverse weather conditions in Bangalore. The heavy Bangalore rain showers have made it difficult for the match to take place in the city. This was RCB’s last home match in the tournament, but the weather was not on the team’s side on this one.
RCB vs SRH: New Venue
The match will now take place at Bharat Ratna Shri Atal Bihari Vajpayee Ekana Cricket Stadium, Lucknow. This clash will be the 65th match of the tournament.
