Priyanka Chopra has an impressive real estate portfolio and owns several properties all over the country. After previously selling some properties in Mumbai, the actress has now also sold four luxury flats in Mumbai’s Oberoi Sky Gardens for a total of Rs 16.17 crore.
Priyanka Chopra Sells Mumbai Flats
As per reports, the properties, sold by Priyanka Chopra are located in Andheri West which includes a jodi unit, which fetched the highest price. The deals were finalised on March 3, with a total stamp duty of Rs 83 lakh. The first three flats, all on the 18th floor, were sold for Rs 3.45 crore, Rs 2.85 crore, and Rs 3.52 crore, respectively. The jodi unit on the 19th floor was sold for Rs 6.35 crore, making it the most expensive among them.
