In March 2024, Bigg Boss OTT winner Elvish Yadav was arrested in a case related to snake venom being used at rave parties and was sent to prison. He faced charges under the Wildlife Protection Act in Noida for allegedly arranging snake venom for such events. Now, a new FIR has been filed against Elvish by animal welfare activist Saurabh Gupta, accusing the YouTuber of threats, stalking, and conspiring to murder. Gupta, associated with People for Animals (PFA), claims Elvish followed his vehicle, entered his housing society using a fake identity, and allegedly threatened to cause a road accident that could harm him and his brother.
