A fashion storm is brewing at the Cannes Film Festival. Singer Neha Bhasin accused influencer Nancy Tyagi of falsely claiming she stitched her beige outfit herself. Neha took to Instagram, pointing out that the corset-style dress looked identical to one she wore earlier at a concert. She shared comparison photos and added, “Same Same,” hinting the outfit was not original.

Nancy Tyagi caught lying
The singer also revealed the dress was from The Source Bombay, a designer store in Bandra. The brand’s founder, Surbhi Gupta, confirmed Nancy bought the outfit for Rs 25,000. “She did not stitch it herself,” Surbhi said. “She bought it. It’s our design.” Neha clarified that she didn’t intend to attack Nancy, but wanted to credit those who truly created the piece. “We are all self-made,” she wrote. “But taking credit for someone else’s work is never okay.” The post has sparked debate over originality, credit, and authenticity in fashion.
