In an interview with ‘Pinkvilla,’ celebrity nutritionist Nicole Linhares Kedia said the focus was on simple homestyle food with higher protein and carefully measured portions. She loves ghar ka khana, Nicole shared, “but we had to be very precise, even with oil or a few shavings of cheese.” We tracked everything—how much oil, how much cheese—every ingredient mattered.
