Rishab Shetty’s Kantara Chapter 1 has become a huge box office success, officially crossing Rs 500 crore in India and Rs 600 crore worldwide. The film’s second weekend was extremely strong, earning nearly Rs 40 crore nett on both Saturday and Sunday, showing a 75% jump from Friday.
Kantara has earned huge box office success in just 11 days, with the Kannada and Hindi versions performing the best. Its powerful story and cultural impact have created excitement across the country, making it the second-highest-grossing Indian film of 2025 after Chhaava.
