Veteran Bollywood actress Kamini Kaushal, celebrated for her remarkable seven-decade career, passed away on November 14 at the age of 98. The exact cause of her death has not been disclosed, and according to a family source, her loved ones, known to maintain a low profile, have requested privacy. A close family friend confirmed her passing, and tributes have been pouring in from across the industry.

Kamini Kaushal’s Film Journey

Kaushal began her journey with Neecha Nagar (1946) and went on to deliver classics such as Do Bhai, Shaheed, Nadiya Ke Paar, Ziddi, and Biraj Bahu, for which she won the Filmfare Award. She later appeared in memorable roles in films like Do Raaste, Upkar, Chennai Express, and Kabir Singh. Her final appearance was in Laal Singh Chaddha (2022). She is survived by her sons Shravan, Vidur, and Rahul Sood.
