India women’s team scripted another extraordinary chapter in history, lifting their second successive Women’s Kabaddi World Cup title in Dhaka after defeating Chinese Taipei 35–28 in the final on Monday, November 24. India showcased unwavering dominance and consistency throughout the tournament, winning all their group-stage matches before overpowering Iran 33–21 in the semi-finals.

Chinese Taipei, which also remained unbeaten throughout the tournament, edged past the hosts, Bangladesh, 25–18, to reach the final and put up a strong fight. However, India’s grit, precision, and big-match temperament secured the crown once again.
