India and New Zealand will match off in the much-anticipated three-match ODI series. The Virat Kohli–Rohit Sharma effect across the country has been highlighted even before the first ball is bowled. The first ODI tickets sold out in just eight minutes, indicating the colossal hype surrounding cricket fans. The attraction of watching these two players is the primary factor driving the demand. The Baroda Cricket Association has stated that tickets for the first ODI will be re-launched on 2 January.
According to the Madhya Pradesh Cricket Association (MPCA), ticket sales for the Indore ODI will begin at 5:00 AM IST on 3 January. The District app and website will allow fans to purchase tickets. A maximum of four tickets can be purchased per person.
Series Schedule and Venues
The ODI series will start on 11 January at the BCA Stadium, Kotambi, Vadodara. The second ODI will be held on 14 January at the Saurashtra Cricket Association Stadium, Rajkot. The third and final ODI will take place on 18 January at Holkar Stadium, Indore.
The Indian squad for the ODI series remains unannounced. However, New Zealand has already declared their team, with Michael Bracewell named as captain. The T20I series will commence on 21 January after the ODI series, consisting of five matches.
