Do you know masala tea is dangerous for your health? Switch to herbal tea, recipe here!

Tea

Masala chai contains caffeine, which stimulates the central nervous system. Excessive caffeine intake can lead to anxiety, migraines, elevated blood pressure, and disturbed sleep. Individuals who are sensitive to caffeine or have anxiety may experience these side effects even with smaller amounts. It’s important to consume masala chai in moderation to avoid these issues.

Do not remove it from your life rather replace it to herbal tea. Recipe here (Serves 2)
