A major security scare unfolded in Bareilly after a firing incident was reported outside the residence of Bollywood actress Disha Patani’s father, retired CO Jagdish Patani. The Rohit Godara and Goldy Brar gang claimed responsibility for the attack on Disha’s home. In a chilling Facebook post, they warned that the shooting was “just a preview” and alleged that the actor had shown disrespect towards religion. The gang also issued threats to other film artists.

Following the incident, Uttar Pradesh Police deployed armed forces outside the residence and formed five special teams to investigate. Disha’s father also filed an official complaint. This shocking attack, reminiscent of the recent firing outside YouTuber Elvish Yadav’s house, has once again raised concerns about rising threats in the film industry.
