In a tragic Delhi BMW crash, a Finance Ministry official lost his life on Sunday. The woman driving the BMW was arrested on Monday after police visited Nulife Hospital, GTB Nagar, where both the accused and the victim were admitted. Reports reveal that despite repeated requests from the victim’s wife for immediate medical help, the driver delayed proper treatment. The accused, Gaganpreet, now faces multiple charges under the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, including rash driving and culpable homicide.
Delhi BMW Crash Driver Arrested
According to the FIR, the victim’s wife said the BMW driver refused to take them to the nearest hospital, instead driving 19 km away. She was kept on a stretcher for hours, ignoring her requests to transfer. The FSL team later examined the scene. Gaganpreet faces charges including rash driving, endangering life, and culpable homicide in the Delhi BMW crash.
