  2.  Focus on Deep Breathing – Breathe slowly and deeply, allowing your body to settle into relaxation.
  3.  Loosen Your Upper Body – Drop your shoulders and let your arms, hands, and fingers go completely limp.
  4.  Imagine Warmth Flowing Through You – Picture a gentle, warm sensation moving from your head down to your fingertips.
  5.  Exhale Slowly & Relax Your Lower Body – Let go of tension in your chest, stomach, legs, and feet while continuing slow breathing.
  6.  Extend the Warm Feeling – Visualise the warmth travelling all the way to your toes, enveloping your entire body in calmness.
  7.  Clear Your Mind with a Visualisation – Choose one of two peaceful scenes:
    Scenario 1-
Lying in a canoe on a still lake under a blue sky.
Scenario 2- Resting in a dark hammock surrounded by silence.
  8. Redirect Wandering Thoughts – If your mind drifts, gently repeat the phrase “Don’t think, don’t think” for 10 seconds.
