The campaigning for the second and final phase of the Bihar Assembly Election 2025 concluded this evening. Polling for this phase will be held on November 11 in 122 constituencies across 20 districts. More than 3.7 crore voters will decide the fate of 1,302 candidates. Throughout the campaign, both the NDA and the Mahagathbandhan focused on key state issues and presented their plans to the voters.
The second phase of the Bihar Assembly Election 2025 will cover several important regions that could influence the outcome. With the completion of campaigning, preparations for polling have begun, and security arrangements have been strengthened to ensure a peaceful and fair voting process across all districts.

The NDA’s campaign featured senior BJP leaders Amit Shah, Rajnath Singh, and Shivraj Singh Chouhan, along with Chief Minister Nitish Kumar and Yogi Adityanath. From the Mahagathbandhan, Rahul Gandhi and Tejashwi Yadav addressed several rallies. The NDA focused on law & order and development, while the opposition raised issues such as unemployment and migration.
This phase will decide the fate of 12 ministers from Nitish Kumar’s government. The first phase of voting took place on November 6 in 121 constituencies. Counting for all 243 assembly seats will be held on November 14. Voters and parties now await the results to see which alliance wins Bihar’s political battle.
