Actor Annu Kapoor has once again stirred controversy with his comments about Tamannaah Bhatia. During an interview on Shubhankar Mishra’s YouTube channel, Kapoor spoke about watching the song Aaj Ki Raat. When asked if he liked the song and mentioned Tamannaah, he remarked, “Mashallah kya dudhiya badan hai.”
He further added, “Behen, apne gaane se, aapne shareer se, apne dudhiya chehre se humare bacchon ko sulaati hain… Bahut achi baat hai. Desh ke upar kripa hogi agar humare desh ke bacche achhi aur swasth neend soyein. Agar aur bhi kuch ichcha hain toh bhagwan unko samarth karein ke unki ichcha puri ho.”
Annu Kapoor Faces Backlash
The internet reacted strongly to Annu Kapoor’s remarks. People criticised his comments as vulgar and expressed discomfort, questioning the appropriateness of such statements, especially coming from a senior actor. Several users felt Annu Kapoor’s words gave off unsettling vibes and raised concerns about how such remarks would be received if directed at one’s own family members.
This controversy comes after Tamannaah had earlier addressed being labelled a ‘milky beauty’, emphasising that women’s glamour should be celebrated and respected.
