Composer-singer Amaal Mallik has reacted to the copyright allegations made by music duo Sachet Tandon and Parampara Thakur over the song Bekhayali from Kabir Singh. The issue surfaced on 10 December, just days after Amaal became a top-five finalist on Bigg Boss 19. Sachet–Parampara accused him of wrongly claiming that he composed the song and shared a video on Instagram stating that the track was entirely their original work.
Amaal Mallik Responds to Sachet–Parampara
Speaking to Zoom, Amaal denied the claims and said he has never taken credit for someone else’s song. He added that people talk online instead of speaking directly. Amaal also said that if anyone believes he copied their work, they should take the matter to court rather than make public allegations.
