Tamil actress Nayanthara has accused actor-producer Dhanush of ‘festering revenge’ against her upcoming Netflix documentary ‘Nayanthara: Beyond The Fairytale’. The latter sent a legal warning for using illegal excerpts in the film. The Netflix docu-drama which premieres on November 18, delves into Nayanthara’s career and personal experience, including her marriage to film director Vignesh Shivan.

‘Nayanthara – Beyond the Fairytale’ presents an imperfect portrayal of the actor, focussing on her professional choices and forays into film production and entrepreneurship.
Dhanush’s legal experts advised Nayanthara and her team to remove the alleged illegal content from the documentary. Failure to comply within 24 hours would force Dhanush to launch a case against Nayanthara and Netflix India, seeking Rs 10 crore in damages each.
