Rape Allegations Against Donald Trump in New Epstein File Documents; US Government Responds

Trump

The US government has urged caution after newly released Epstein file documents surfaced with serious allegations against President Donald Trump, including a rape claim. The Department of Justice (DOJ) stated that several claims in the documents are “untrue and sensationalist”. It highlighted that a late-2020 tip alleging rape should not be treated as verified evidence.

Rape Allegations Against Trump

One FBI document describes a 1995 phone call reported by a limousine driver. He claimed he overheard Trump allegedly discussing abuse and mentioning “Jeffrey”, believed to be Jeffrey Epstein. The driver also stated that his former partner later alleged she was raped by both Trump and Epstein. However, the FBI raised concerns about the credibility of these claims. It noted that the report was made just days before the 2020 US presidential election.

The DOJ also confirmed that a handwritten letter signed “J. Epstein” is fake. The letter mentioned “our president” and was addressed to convicted sex offender Larry Nassar.

Officials cited mismatched handwriting, incorrect jail details, and suspicious postmark dates as reasons. The latest disclosure includes around 30,000 additional Epstein-related pages. This has prompted renewed scrutiny, but authorities have firmly denied the allegations.
