The average departure delay reached 49 minutes on Friday morning, according to data from flight-tracking website Flightradar24. Passengers faced longer wait times, and airlines had to adjust schedules to cope with dense fog conditions.
Over 1,300 daily flights continued at the airport despite the fog, with passenger assistance provided across terminals. Passengers were advised to check flight status in advance due to safety measures.
