The fugitive Luthra brothers, Saurabh and Gaurav, were deported from Thailand to India in connection with the tragic fire at their ‘Birch by Romeo Lane’ nightclub in Goa. The fire claimed the lives of 25 people. Upon arrival at Delhi’s Indira Gandhi International Airport, the brothers were immediately arrested by the Goa Police.
Following their arrival, the brothers were produced before the Patiala House Court. A transit remand application was filed. Legal proceedings are ongoing as authorities seek to bring them to justice.
