Indian cricketer Smriti Mandhana has shared her first social media post since the postponement of her wedding to composer Palash Muchhal. Posting a promotional video for a toothpaste brand on Instagram, fans immediately noticed that her engagement ring was missing.
The wedding, initially planned for November 23, 2025, in Sangli, was postponed after Mandhana’s father faced a medical emergency, while Palash also required hospital care due to stress.

Both families mutually agreed to postpone the wedding and requested privacy during this challenging time. Palash surprised Mandhana with his proposal at DY Patil Stadium during India’s Women’s World Cup final, following her stellar performance as the tournament’s top run-scorer.
Online speculation grew after wedding-related posts were removed, teammates adjusted social media tags, and Mandhana’s brother confirmed that no new date has been set.
