Celina Jaitly’s Allegations

In her petition, Jaitly accused Haag of emotional, physical, sexual, and verbal abuse, calling him a “narcissist” who denied her financial independence and prevented her from working freely. She has sought monthly maintenance of Rs 10 lakh, custody of their children, and a court order restraining Haag from entering her Mumbai residence.

Celina, represented by Karanjawala & Co., also revealed that Haag filed for divorce in Austria in August 2025. Separately, she has petitioned the Delhi High Court for legal assistance regarding her brother, Major (retd) Vikrant Jaitly, who has been allegedly illegally detained in the UAE since September 2024, prompting intervention from the Ministry of External Affairs.
