Donald Trump Jr, son of US President Donald Trump, visited Anant Ambani’s Vantara wildlife rescue and rehabilitation centre in Jamnagar on 20 November 2025, where he explored its extensive conservation-focused facilities. During a guided tour, he learned about Vantara’s work in rescuing, treating, and providing long-term care to distressed animals in habitats designed to resemble their natural environments.

Wildlife Care Facilities
He expressed strong appreciation for the centre’s scale, care standards, and scientific approach. The sanctuary features a modern hospital with advanced equipment such as MRI and CT scan units, an ICU, endoscopy suites, dialysis support, and OR1 technology for live surgical procedures.
Vantara has assisted leopards injured in conflicts or accidents, rehabilitated crocodiles from overcrowded facilities, and supported endangered species through structured breeding programmes.
