The NIA has arrested Amir Rashid Ali, a resident of Pampore in Jammu and Kashmir, for helping suicide bomber Dr Umar Nabi plan the Red Fort blast that killed at least 10 people. The explosion occurred on 10 November when a Hyundai i20 car blew up near the Red Fort Metro Station. The blast caused severe damage, injured several people, and left the area covered in debris. Investigators say Amir helped arrange the car used as the IED.
