Virat Kohli has given the General Power of Attorney (GPA) for his Rs 80 crore Gurugram bungalow to his elder brother, Vikas Kohli. The property, located in DLF City Phase-1, will now be managed by Vikas, while Virat currently lives in London with his wife Anushka Sharma and their two children. The move is aimed at avoiding legal and administrative complications in India.

A Power of Attorney is a legal paper that lets someone allow another person to handle their property or finances. In this case, Kohli has given his brother the right to manage, maintain, or look after the Delhi property for him. Such arrangements are quite common among Indians living abroad who own homes in India.
