Karisma Kapoor children have filed a petition in the Delhi High Court claiming a share of their late father Sunjay Kapur’s estate, estimated at Rs 30,000 crore. They allege that Kapur’s third wife, Priya Kapur, excluded them from the assets after his sudden death in June in the UK. The children claim that the will leaving everything to Priya is forged. They have asked the court to recognise them as legal heirs and protect their rights to the estate.

The petition lists Priya Kapur, her minor son, Rani Kapur, and executor Shradha Suri Marwah as defendants. The children seek a one-fifth share each of the estate and an interim freeze on all assets. They further allege the will was concealed for weeks and raise doubts about its authenticity, seeking court intervention to secure their rights and prevent misuse of the estate.
