South Africa‘s young lad, Dewald Brevis, set fire to the TIO Stadium, Marrara Stadium, during the second T20I against Australia on August 12, 2025. Often called ‘Baby AB’ for his AB de Villiers vibes, he smashed an unbeaten 125 off just 56 balls. With this, he became South Africa’s highest-ever T20I scorer and youngest centurion in the format. Oh, and yes, he hit a 41-ball century.

Dewald Brevis’ Knock
The 22-year-old’s knock was all clean hitting, smart placement, and ridiculous confidence with 12 fours and 8 sixes. He carried SA to a 53-run win, scoring 91 of a 126-run stand with Tristan Stubbs. The series is now 1-1, and the decider will take place in Cairns on Saturday.
