Adani Enterprises unit Horizon Aero Solutions has fully acquired Indamer Technics, a company that services, repairs, and overhauls aircraft.
Bata India
Bata’s revenue fell slightly to Rs 941.8 crore in Q1 FY26 from Rs 944.6 crore last year. Profit fell 70% to Rs 51.7 crore from Rs 174.3 crore.
Ashoka Buildcon
Ashoka Buildcon’s revenue fell 30% to Rs 1,339 crore from Rs 1,901 crore last year. Profit fell 25% to Rs 31 crore from Rs 41 crore.
Indian Hotels Company (IHCL)
IHCL will buy majority stakes in ANK Hotels and Pride Hospitality for Rs 204 crore. It will spend up to Rs 110 crore to take a 51% stake in ANK Hotels.
