The Asian Cricket Council (ACC) has confirmed that the Asia Cup 2025 will be held in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) from September 9 to 28. The tournament will adopt the T20 format, reflecting the structure of the forthcoming ICC Men’s T20 World Cup. A total of 19 matches will be played across Dubai and Abu Dhabi, with participating teams allowed to name 17-member squads. India, Pakistan, UAE, and Oman have been placed in Group A, while Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Afghanistan, and Hong Kong form Group B. After the group stage, the top teams will move to the Super 4 round, followed by the final.

India Faces Pakistan
India will face the UAE in the first group match on September 10, followed by a much-anticipated clash against Pakistan on September 14 at the Dubai International Stadium. If both teams advance, they are likely to meet again in the Super 4 stage on September 21, with a possible third showdown in the final on September 28.
