RCB fast bowler Yash Dayal has been named in a second rape case, this time involving charges under the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act. A 17-year-old aspiring cricketer from Jaipur has accused him of sexual assault. The FIR was filed on July 23. Jaipur Police confirmed the complaint, which includes charges under the POCSO Act and relevant sections of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS). This comes while Dayal is already facing similar allegations in Ghaziabad.
Dayal Booked Again for Rape
This is the second time that Yash Dayal has been accused of rape in recent weeks. Earlier, a woman in Ghaziabad filed a case alleging that Dayal abused her over several years, promising marriage but never following through. She said their relationship lasted five years and involved repeated emotional and physical abuse. In that matter, the Allahabad High Court has provided temporary relief from arrest. The latest complaint filed in Jaipur includes more serious charges under the child protection law.
