A user’s post on social media platform X (formerly Twitter) has gone viral after they claimed that a car linked to PM Narendra Modi’s convoy has three unpaid traffic challans. The tweet shared a screenshot from a traffic violation portal, showing pending fines against a Delhi-registered vehicle with the number DL2CAX2964.
Although it is not confirmed whether the car is directly used by PM Modi or registered under his name, the post has sparked debate online. Many users supported the tweet, saying everyone should follow traffic rules, while others questioned if the car belongs to the PM Modi team.
Public Questions VIPs Following Rules
The post quickly gained attention, receiving thousands of likes and shares. Several users said that traffic rules should apply to everyone, including government officials and VIPs. Some questioned whether the vehicle was actually part of the PM’s convoy or just a standard government car. Others criticized the poor image it creates when official vehicles have unpaid fines.

The Delhi Traffic Police has not verified the challans or identified the owner. Neither the PM’s office nor the Ministry of Home Affairs has issued any statements on the matter. Some users warned the person who posted the tweet to ‘Stay Safe,’ hinting at possible trouble for raising the issue.
