‘Ramayana’ First Glimpse is finally here, and it’s everything we expected and more! The first glimpse of Nitesh Tiwari’s magnum opus ‘Ramayana’ was unveiled simultaneously in nine major Indian cities: Bengaluru, Mumbai, Delhi, Chennai, Ahmedabad, Kolkata, Pune, Kochi, and Hyderabad. Clocking in at an epic three minutes, this glimpse delivers the film’s striking title logo, poster reveal, and its dramatic musical motif by iconic music maestros Hans Zimmer and AR Rahman.

The 3-minute video has confirmed that the film stars Ranbir Kapoor as Lord Rama, Sai Pallavi as Sita, and Yash as Ravana, Sunny Deol as Lord Hanuman and Ravi Dubey as Lakshman. The first glimpse is already being hailed as “awestruck”-worthy by trade critics.
Shot under the guidance of the ‘Dangal’ and ‘Chhichhore’ filmmaker and supported by blockbuster-scale VFX from DNEG, the two‑part saga is poised to make history. The first film lands in Diwali 2026, followed by the second in Diwali 2027.
