Fans have been long awaiting to hear updates on Nitesh Tiwari’s upcoming film Ramayana. It is being promoted as the most expensive Indian film ever made. Actress Kajal Aggarwal has joined the star-studded cast of Nitesh Tiwari’s ‘Ramayana’. ‘Ramayana’ will be released as a two-part cinematic saga, with the first instalment to be released during Diwali 2026. Other actors of this epic saga are Ranbir Kapoor as Lord Rama, Sai Pallavi as Sita and Ravi Dubey as Lakshman. The movie will also star actor Lara Dutta as Kaikeyi and Sunny Deol as Hanuman.
Kajal Aggarwal in ‘Ramayana’
She will be playing the role of Mandodari and has even begun shooting for scenes already. Kajal Aggarwal was earlier seen in Salman Khan’s ‘Sikandar’. Earlier reports were hinting that actor Sakshi Tanwar would be cast as Mandodari, source close to the production has now confirmed otherwise.
