Salman Khan has been getting death threats from gangster Lawrence Bishnoi since a very long time. Last year, the members of the Bishnoi gang attacked at the actor’s residence. Two men armed with gun fired shots at Salman’s residence in Bandra. Even his family members have received death threats including his father, Salim Khan. The actor has opened up about these threats.
Salman Khan’s statement
While interacting with the press for his upcoming film ‘Sikandar’, Salman opened up about the death threat for the first time. He said, “Bhagwan, Allah everything is up to him. I will live as long as I am destined to live. Just that, sometimes, I have to move with two people (security) with me. That becomes a problem.”
Things became even more serious last year after Salman’s close friend, politician Baba Siddique was murdered. The Bishnoi gang took responsibility for the murder. They also threatened that they would target anyone helping Salman.
