Roshni Nadar completed her schooling at Vasant Valley School and pursued her higher education at Northwestern University, majoring in Communication with a focus on Radio/TV/Film. She also has an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management. Before she could start her journey in HCL, Nadar worked as a producer in various companies. Within a year of joining HCL, she ascended to the role of Executive Director and CEO. In 2020, she succeeded her father as the chairperson of HCL Technologies.
