On February 19, 2025, National Award-winning actor Rishab Shetty revealed the first poster for his much-anticipated film, ‘The Pride of Bharat: Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj’. The actor unveiled the poster on Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj’s 395th birth anniversary. The film is scheduled for release on January 21, 2027.
This grandiose historical epic, destined to be one of India’s largest productions, marks a global tribute to the warrior king, ‘The Pride Of Bharat: Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj.’

Rishab Shetty’s Upcoming films
Rishab will also play Hanuman in Prasanth Varma’s ‘Jai Hanuman’, following his successful superhero flick ‘HanuMan’. Rishab is also directing and starring in the prequel of ‘Kantara’, ‘Kantara: Chapter 1’. The film is scheduled for release later this year.
