The Narendra Modi government announced the recipients of the 2025 Padma Awards, one of India’s highest civilian honours. The Ministry of Home Affairs revealed that seven individuals will receive the Padma Vibhushan, 19 will be awarded the Padma Bhushan, and 113 will receive the Padma Shri. These prestigious awards will be conferred by President Droupadi Murmu during ceremonial functions at Rashtrapati Bhavan from March to April of this year.
